The medical assistant, Crystal, who performed my initial eye exam yesterday was thorough, professional and friendly.My eye doctor, Dr. Pao, is an excellent physician. She always demonstrates care and concern, and is attentive and patient any time I have questions. She gives understandable explanations for what she is doing and why, which makes me feel like I am important to her in the process. I trust Dr. Pao because I feel she is conservative in her approach, and yet will take an aggressive approach when there is enough evidence that indicates that something important requires additional testing. I have experienced this in my eye care with Dr. Pao.

The professionalism and attention to detail from Dr. Zgrabik and all of the staff is second to none for eye care. I would highly recommend to anyone! The best of the best!
