It was my first time and Carol made the experience wonderful. She was very professional and yet very kind and I felt comfortable because of her. Meeting Dr Zgrabik was another pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and explained to me what would be happening and what I might expect. Hooray I hit the jackpot!!!!!

The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Mickie was very professional and answered all my questions. Dr Z was very helpful by answering all me questions and explaining the procedure I was going to have.
