From the moment I walked in. I was greeted. Given my papers to fill out. Just sat down to fill them out and they were ready to see me but gave me a chance to fill out the paperwork before taking me back. The person who did all my tests, Christina I think her name was. Was very nice. I felt comfortable speaking with her. Then I met the dr. Dr. Bedell. She was very nice. Went over the results with we me from the tests. Did her own testing. I felt very comfortable with her as well. I would recommend this place. I was in and out.

Excellent Eye Care. Went to office at appointment time, greeted by friendly staff. Technician took me in exam room for initial eye exam. Explained what she was doing and why. She was friendly, efficient and professional. Was taken to another room for Dr. Darah to complete the eye exam. Again friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Darah had done my cataract surgery last year and it turned out better than expected. I will go to this office and Dr. Darah from now on for my annual exam and if any eye issues arise.

From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was kind, patient, and understanding. A very relaxed, comfortable yet highly professional atmosphere.Would have definitely been a 5 star but the lady who answers the phone in Fairview is the total opposite.
