I developed a cataract in one eye during my pregnancy. Early cataracts run in my family and I was overwhelmed and scared upon diagnosis and learning that only surgery would correct it. Dr. W was more compassionate than the first ophthalmologist I saw and did a good job explaining the anatomy and procedure. He did cataract surgery in one eye and lasik in the other. I read about both procedures extensively and was still uncertain that this would correct my vision. Low and behold, I can see great without contacts or glasses for the first time in 25 years. Dr. W even called me the night of surgery both times to see how I was recovering. Hes a great, caring doctor.

Dr. Weisenthals experience and his willingness to take time to explain things. He is personable and very knowledgeable.

I saw Dr. Wiesenthal as a child throughout the 90s and he was wonderful and ever so patient with me. This is a doctor who cares and is excellent at his job

I was referred to Dr. weisenthal by a friend. I must say he is a wonderful Dr. I have never had such a thorough exam. The whole experience at Dr. Weisenthals office was very professional, in fact so professional that I am traveling 2 hours to have him do my surgery.

Two flawless cataract surgeries gave me back my 20/20! He certainly deserves all the accolades he has received! From the first consult, his office is organized, well run and their pre/post directions ensure your success. I also appreciated the personal checking in calls from Dr. W. When ready my wife will only rely on one surgeon for her care.
