Spent 6 months with Dr. Menditto after diagnosis from Dr. David Rothbart and Dr. Neil Patel. Her rehabilitation program has allowed me to not only be virtually pain free, but I now have a plan to address issues if and when they occur. Thank you Dr. Menditto and your assistant therapist Jessica for all the work you put into my recovery. I will be forever grateful!

Dr. Menditto adapted my treatment as my needs changed. She listened well and communicated extremely well so I understood what my role was and what hers was. I am very pleased with the results and my ability to return to a near normal life being able to continue to do the things I enjoy. I am now doing things such as walking, standing and sitting without the issues I had prior to doing TeleHealth with Dr. Menditto. I really liked that I was able to see Dr. Menditto for all my treatments and wasnt handed off to other therapists. TeleHealth enabled me to continue treatments through the same practice as my spine pain specialist with whom I had a lot of confidence. Thank you TeleHealth for making this possible!

I had lower back pain for over 10 years and just tolerated it. I went to Spine Team expecting to have to have surgery as the pain was becoming more intense. Dr Menditto in physical therapy taught me different exercise to strengthen lower stomach and back muscles. She also showed me how to realign discs in my back to eliminate lower back pain. After two months, I am virtually pain free and surgery is not required. Thank you very much, Dr. Menditto.

Following lumbar spinal fusion Dr. Menditto was very thorough in teaching me what kind of recovery to expect in the next months and how I was going to learn new ways of performing tasks. She explained the process, was always professional, gave hints on how to do things easier, encouraged importance of building core strength and improving balance skills, listened to my inquiries and was conscientious as to my pain level every therapy session. Dr, Menditto was very professional and friendly, I looked forward to my visits with her and had confidence in her care and concern for my successful recovery.

One on many visits trying to get my disk budge to heal. Very hands on and answers all my question and struggles I am having though my issue.
