The visit with Dr. Lam was for my mothers low back and hips. He was caring, efficient, and made it easy for us to understand the issues that were causing her pain. One thing that I appreciated that I dont see mentioned is how time conscious Dr. Lam is. I have never been to a doctors office where there was virtually no wait time. As soon as we arrived into the clinic the check in process was smooth and within minutes his MA called us back. She asked additional questions and then proceeded to get an x-ray. As soon as that was complete he was in the room ready to discuss with us, truly unheard of at a doctors office. He will be getting high recommendations from my family and I!

Dr. Lam has access to my health records and spine issues from 9 years ago. He had thoroughly examined my records, and brought that knowledge to our appointment. He evaluated me and set up an MRI and xray to compare with the previous. I appreciate that sort of conscience review!

Dr Lam was very polite and personable to listen and explain my X-rays and next steps. Extremely pleased. My son who came with me said afterwards he would be changing to Dr Lam for future issues because of how he thoroughly explained everything taking his time for us to understand. We will both be recommending Dr Lam.
