I have had RFA with Dr. Patel for my lower back and neck and in all 4 procedures he treated me with kindness and cared about my health and fear of pain. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very supportive in your care.

My husband was referred to him by 4 people in our Sunday School class so we knew he had to be good. And, my husband wasnt disappointed. Dr Berg was very friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. We left with a plan of action to get my husband on the road to a pain free lifestyle. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Berg was a pleasure to meet. He was very personably, explained everything in detail and has a great personality. I was with Dr Cooper so this was my first time meeting Dr. Berg. Everyone at this location is very nice welcoming, they make you feel very comfortable. I love that they all have great attitudes! Great Doctor Staff!

Its a sad day when youre actually shocked that you received excellent service. Everyone from the xray tech, to the medical assistant, Emmanuel in therapy, to Dr. Patel. They were all so nice! Dr. Patel had the best bedside manner. He took the time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Patel. Spine Team Rockwall is the best!
