Check in ahead of time on the portal was a breeze. Check in at the office was a breeze. I was seen promptly, couteously and professionally by all staff memberrs with whom I interacted. Dr Wilkins is kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and has a great sense of humor

I had spine surgery when I was 19 and no one told me that the surgery I had has a shelf life and would likely need to get multiple throughout my life. Dr Wilkins and his team are the only ones I know who have a conservative approach and agreed with my decision to do everything I can instead of surgery. He recommended the right physical therapy, injections, and medication to help ease the pain of multiple herniated discs as well as train my muscles to take the hits of everyday life rather than my discs. Dr Wilkins is helping me to get my life back. This started with him listening to my concerns and not just trying to sell me something to make money.

I recently went in for my first appointment after being referred by my GP. Front desk staff was very attentive, and positive in both in-person and over-the-phone interactions leading up to my visit. Dr. Wilkins and his assistant were both very attentive as well, and made this appointment go as smoothly as it could have. Very pleased with how painless the experience was (other than my own back pain of course) and have been referred out to therapy. I'm looking forward to my follow-up in a few weeks.
