I went to the Southlake location by my stake. The receptionist was kind enough to call for me and tell them I would be there as soon as possible. Even the fact I was late the entire staff and Doctor were polite, friendly and patient.

First visit went well. He answered all my questions. Explained my problem well along with the proposed therapy.
