I have seen 4 of the top ranked spine surgeons as rated by US News & World Report. Dr Rothbart and his staff were awesome. He recommended the least invasive surgical option of the 4 to fixing my L4/L5/S1 herniated discs. He took a lot of time to identify the cause of the pain, explained everything to me, gave me expected percentages of relieving the pain with each option, provided timelines for recovery post surgery and answered all my questions. At the end of the day you have to pick whoever you feel most comfortable with but I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Rothbart and his staff at Spine Team Texas.

Took my dad to see Dr Rothbart. He was very professional and recommended surgery. Surgery was performed and my dad was completely pain free immediately. We were EXTREMELY happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Dr Rothbart. My dad was so happy to be out of pain. Dr Rothbart is not warm, fuzzy and full of hugs, but rather he is professional and business like and when it comes to surgery he is awesome.

The staff at Spine Team is incredibly caring. I didn't expect for Dr. Rothbart to be doting, as he is a super focused surgeon who I felt knew a ton about the kind of surgery I was being required to have and also knew where my specific problem areas were... which is what I care most about when it comes to doctors. He didn't do more than necessary or less than I needed him to do. The ladies assigned to take your insurance claims at STT are THE sweetest people. Don't bank on negative comments you find online -- attitude is everything when it comes to recovery.

Dr. Rothbart was a blessing in my life. I had several other opinions and felt he had my best interests at heart. He said the last thing he was going to do was surgery. It turned out that was the solution and I have been pain free since I came out of recovery. I highly recommend him.
