I came in for neck pain and Dr. Garrigues explained where the pain was coming from, showed me the x-ray, explained it and gave me a plan to help. The only downside was the wait time. I think it was an hour from the time I came in before I was seen. I was asked to come in 30 minutes early although I had the paperwork filled out in advance. But thats a front desk management issue and it would be more important if I was a regular patient. Im a satisfied patient at this point.

Office team was welcoming, friendly and very efficient! Dr. Garrigues is very nice, and listen to my concerns! He discussed a plan with me, and was not too aggressive with what should be done to improve my quality of life. Basically it was a step plan, try this and we can reevaluate, and decide what should be done next. That is exactly what I was looking for and he delivered. Thank you and I will be back for my follow up.
