I was very impressed with the professionalism of everybody I met there, from the receptionist, to the M.A. that weighed me and took my vitals, to Dr. Sanders. He did NOT seem to be in a hurry. He let me talk all I wanted while I explained my problems. He was willing to explain everything he did and answered all my technical questions. He was very understanding and easy to talk to.

Dr. Sanders made a point to establish a personal connection with me before beginning the medical aspect of my visit. He educated me on the spine model and the X-ray results and answered my questions compassionately. The office also seemed to be very efficient, I didnt have to wait even 5 minutes for any of the stages of my appointment, and everyone was personable and professional.
