First it seemed too automated , maybe have another check in station . Had to wait for another patient to finish . Wish there was a way to give new patients form earlier online ? Its disheartening when I give you the papers and then repeat what I put on paper .

Initial evaluation of what is causing back pain. Because I am 70 and on Medicare, the protocol must be followed and I will do 6 weeks of PT and come back for reevaluation.

Came up with a suggested plan. 3 Doctors before this visit didnt have a clue of where to go from here that wasnt too harsh for a senior.
