He is always so caring and helpful. He has been my pain Dr for 8 years. I trust him and have been able to improve my ability to manage my pain, through various situations and lifes ups and downs. I would not go to any other doctor.

Both visits very positive. Dr. Desai was personable, upbeat, and informative. He did a procedure where 2 epidural injections were administered into my lower back. The procedure itself was virtually painless except for a small discomfort when the local was applied first. I did no anesthesia. His team was professional and also very personable. The results provided significant relief from lower back pain I had experienced for years. I will return in future if needed.

Dr DeSai was very understanding of my back issues and actually listened. There was no wait time in the office ad his supporting staff very accommodating and helpful.

Everyone with Spine Team Texas is outstanding. Dr. Desai actually listens and is understanding. The office staff is incredible. Very customer service centric and attentive. Scheduler Stacey is kind, prompt, and helpful! Easy to book appointments.
