I was emotionally upset and on edge when I reached the office. However, Dr Xia relaxed me assured me that things would work out fine, impressed me with her degree of professionalism, and lastly, performed the eye procedure timely and without s degree of pain that I was so apprehensive about when I arrived. 5 stars for Dr Xia.
