Polaris went above and beyond to make sure I had my glasses fixed, and this isn't a euphemism. This is one of the best customer service I've had. A stark change from the bitter experience I had with Carlos. Thanks Polaris !

I love this practice! Been seeing Dr. Charlson for my eyelids for years, and she's amazing. I also really love Dr. Mary Kwong, who is the best ophthalmologist I have ever been to.Also want to give a shout out to a person named Carlos who is on the staff at Pacific Eye Associates. I have never encountered someone within the medical profession who has gone above and beyond like he has with me to ensure I am aware of all my benefits. He really goes the extra mile, and because of him, I better understand my own insurance and how to benefit most from it.Thanks, Pacific Eye - you really care for your patients!

Having moved to the US recently I was nervous about finding the right eye doctor given my condition. I have Keratoconus which Im told is not rare but not common enough to have a cure so it took me some time to find the right optometrist that could help me. Id never had contact lenses that helped me with my condition so I wanted to explore my options.Dr Mary Kwon from Pacific Eye Associates was the first doctor to actually find a solution that could get me closer to clear vision than Ive ever had. I was blown away by how much she actually cared about solving my problem and I cant thank her enough.For that reason Id say Pacific Eye Associates is great for anyone with Keratoconus, and in particular Dr Mary Kwon, would highly recommend!My only issue would be its hard to get an appointment unless you book far in advance but I would put this down to the clinics popularity more than anything.

The Pacific Eye Associates office visit experience was First Class! I really liked how the medical assistant took care of me. Im very happy to have Dr Zeti as my ophthalmologist. Excellent service and attention to detail.

He is one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. The other one is in Italy and his name is Pier Enrico Gallenga. We need more doctors like him, smart, competent, experienced, meticulous, caring, nice, pleasant, absolutely close to perfection!
