Pacific Eye Associates got me a same day appointment for an urgent problem when I was travelling in the US as a tourist from Europe.The people there were efficient and competent, and fortunately Dr Zaidi could reassure me that treatment of my problem could wait until I was back with my own ophthalmologist in Europe

Good overall experience with several years of eye check ups as a diabeticI have seen Dr. Zaidi here for over 5 years. He has good experience on diabetic eye issues.Sometimes the place is a little crowded, but there are not many eye centers in San Francisco and we dont build enough housing as a city to make more.So I think that is symptomatic of why sometimes the staff are very busy with patients.The majority of my visits have been on time, and everything has gone well. One time I had a visit where they were a little delayed, but this happens at the doctor all the time in big cities.I plan to keep coming here. Thanks to all the staff!My thanks to the staff and the doctors here.

I saw Dr. Charlson for Uveitis and it was totally up to expectations. There was some difficulty finding open rooms because it is a big office, but I am grateful I could be seen quickly. Billing and working with staff over the phone also met my expectations.

Polaris went above and beyond to make sure I had my glasses fixed, and this isn't a euphemism. This is one of the best customer service I've had. A stark change from the bitter experience I had with Carlos. Thanks Polaris !
