I am lucky to have Dr. Oxford. She is patient, professional and knowledgeable. I have been working at SFGH Eye Clinic in the past and I can see Dr. Oxford is a great doctor. She is detailed and the staff is so helpful.

Dr Oxford is amazing.<br><br>She is no nonsense in her demeanor but she is a very good and very thorough Doctor....and when it comes to your eyesight that is all that matters to me.<br><br>I have found Dr Oxford and her office to always be very punctual and caring.<br><br>Only downside is every appointment is a 60 copay....so much for the affordable care act.<br><br>Small price to pay for a great doctor though.<br><br>Highly recommend

I had a great experience with Dr Oxford. I scratched my cornea (well my 5-year old did) and Pacific Eyes squeezed me in to see her on the same day as an emergency patient. She was extremely thorough, the wait time was minimal, the nurse was lovely and the follow up was equally good. I felt like I was in excellent hands (and I was since she is a cornea specialist). The clinic is efficient and centrally located in Pacific Heights with easy parking. Would definitely recommend and I'm so happy that I have found an ophthalmologist that I trust in SF.

Dr. Karen W. Oxford has been the director of Corneal and External Diseases at Pacific Eye Associates since 1995 and is a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at California Pacific Medical Center. She is a fellowship-trained Cornea and External Disease specialist.
