I love Dr. Lane. She is a wonderful surgeon. I had Ptosis repair (an eyelid repair on one eye). It was amazing how fast I healed.

Everything about Dr. Lane is wonderful. Her practice has a wonderful staff that is inviting and empathetic. Dr. Lane is an amazing person. The care she shows is so comforting. Its great that she is an amazing surgeon but what makes her so special is that she genuinely cares about you. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Lane again. If you are looking for the most professional and empathetic care for yourself or someone you love do yourself a favor and use Dr. Kate Lane.

I called yesterday for an emergency appointment. The practice was able to get me in 2 hours after I called so I was prepared to see one of their less experienced providers. I was completely wrong: Dr. David A. Shiple is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and personable, traits that are rarely found together! Dr. Shiple identified a problem that has gone undiagnosed for several years through multiple appointments with other ophthalmologists and optometrists. He was able to explain it fully and to explain the long-term plan. While I was unnerved by the information, his explanation of the corrective action and that it was probably many years off, did help immensely.

I keep getting calls from this place, for Kimberly mumblemumblemumble... Dont know who she is, its a auto-call telling her that her appointment is being rescheduled. Apparently every month it is extended a month further out. I press 1 to reply - to get off the list, and it hangs up. They might be great doctors, but their technology is highly suspect.
