I really liked the doctor's calm demeanor which put me at ease. Although a very busy office, I never felt rushed and knew I was getting focused attention. The doctor explained things clearly. Very good care.

I found the setting to be disarming, caring, considerate, warm and inviting. All staff treated me with respect and full attention. The pre DCR surgery consultation was thorough and encouraging. The surgery was flawless and the post-op was again encouraging and thorough. All in all Dr. Lane and her staff served me professionally and caringly.
