    Appointment was for 8:40 am on Nov 24, 2021. At 9am I asked when I was going to be seen. I was told I was next. Two more people where called back. Finally at 9:20 I was called back for eye chart exam. Guessed at several lines. Then back to waiting room. Then called to do a infield(?) Test. Started with left eye covered, focus on yellow dot, hitting trigger every time I saw a light flash. Then to left eye. Started test then went black with flashing light hitting trigger when I saw light. It went black to white, then black then white backgrounds through the left eye test. After test both eyes were watering. Then called back for eye pressure test which she looked it left eye 3 times. Then finally called back to see Dr. Dr. Said they test didn't match up with previous test and today's test. He said my eye got tired and need to redo test in 4 to 6 months. The week before test use warm compress at night and load up eye with drops during day. At 10:22 I was done with appointment and really didn't get anything from it except watery eyes, tired eye, retest in 5 months with pretest procedures. I know the Dr could not really do much else but retest in order to see what is going on but I do think the staff needs to keep patient files better and not misplace causing excessive wait times.
