    Dr. McFaden is the absolute best! My 7 year old daughter has been struggling in reading and we just recently found out that everything is pointing to dyslexia. He knew exactly what to do and what questions to ask her. I would highly recommend him to anyone! My whole family sees him and he is wonderful! Also, Jeff, the technician that worked up my daughter prior to seeing the Doctor was also amazing! He made it fun and got down on her level. He had her laughing and made putting drops in her eyes so much easier than anyone had before. He is hands down, one of the best techs at MEP!!! In addition, the front desk staff at Sturbridge were great! They were very interactive with my daughter and all had smiles on their faces. Great patient service all around!

    Dr. Swan did a great job on describing my situation and the plan of action. His follow ups were great and he took the time to answer questions. Overall a good experience with a good doctor and staff.

    they should do what they promise, long story but layed around there for 3 hrs for no reasonhurry up and wait will never go back
