Due to personal reasons, it was a very emotional day for me and the technician Yoshi was exceptionally empathetic, kind, caring, and professional. I never felt rushed. She explained all the procedures. And completed them with expediency and efficiency. From start to finish, I felt like I was in the hands of experts, and the state of the art equipment made me feel reassured that I was in the best place to get both My eye exam and any intervention that Dr. frame suggested I would rate the facility 10 of 10!
