This is a busy office and I can see why! They are very efficient, well organized, and kind. Lots of follow ups after surgery and someone is always available if you have questions or a problem.

Unexplained 35 minute wait tainted the overall experience. Why not advise patients when staff knows there will be a delay in seeing doctor?

Dr Frame offered empathetic care and was a wonderful educator with the health of my eyesHis staff was caring and extremely attentive which I find rare in this day and age I am so grateful to have found themI would give them 10 stars plus !!!

This was my initial assessment for cataracts. I felt well educated throughout the appointment from Cams pre work thru Dr Frames evaluation and on to Jocelyns surgical coordination! I felt as if I had a 100 more questions to askthey had all the time needed to answer each question!

Dr. Frame completed my cataract surgery in both eyes and most recently the laser procedure due to the scar tissue afterwards. He is efficient and I always felt extremely comfortable in his hands. He is a wonderful doctor and surgeon......happy to have been his patient.
