The staff is always pleasant, and welcoming. I especially like that they take to explain each step during the measuring or testing. My eyesight has been above expectations. Everyone takes time to answer questions.

Very professional despite the bad weather. It was difficult to negotiate the streets to get there but everything proceeded well once I reached the office.
