Quick check-in as I did pre-check-in on phone the day before. Short wait before being called for exam. Thorough eye testing done by tech included a series of health and family history questions. Then a short wait for Dr. Heilmann who then did a close inspection of my eyes. He was telling his assistant his observations as she was inputting them in my electronic record. Appointment ended, checked out with desk girl and then ordered contacts with another worker. All was good!
