I was experiencing a problem after a procedure I called and was given an appointment to check on it. Dr. Hetzer examined my eye and gave me a thorough exam. She is not my usual doctor. She gave me instructions and meds to clear my problem. I was very impressed with her handling of this problem. I would certainly would recommend Milwaukee Eye Care and Dr Hetzer.

After six years of searching, I've finally found the perfect optometrist for me in Jay Heilemann, OD. He truly stands out in his field. Dr. Heilemann not only respectfully listened to my concerns but also expertly diagnosed my eye needs. What impressed me even more was his ability to retify issues that had persisted from previous optometrists. It's clear to me that he is a hightly qualified and dedicated optometris. I counldn't be more satisfied with the care I recieved.In addition to Dr. Heilemann's exceptional care, I must commend the office staff for their outstanding service. The scheduling receptionist, in particular, impressed me with her attentiveness. She not only listened carefully to my particular needs but also went the extra mile by suggesting an ophthalmologist from the group who would be best qualified to address my specific concerns. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated their commitment to patient satisfaction and personalized care.
