Excellent on all criteria - patient interaction Is easy, relaxed, respectful. Dr. Sward communicates well technical information, explanation; of procedures, options, likely effects of the procedure and possible short and long term treatment outcomes. Most importantly, though, Dr. Sward, inspires confidence and is very nice!
