Dr. Weis was great with my 9 year old son! Hes always a pleasure to visit with. Highly recommend for kids and adults!

It was my first visit. There was a lengthy form to fill out. If I had known about that prior to my appointment I would have been more prepared to fill out the form and would have brought the information I needed to be more accurate in my statements.
