Just be prepared to wait a long long time. It's ridiculous. Always behind. You should not have to wait 2 hours for 15mn doctor time!

They charged me $104.10 for a service that I did not need or ask for. I went to Mid Ohio because they claimed to perform LASIK but they don't actually perform the procedure; they call TLC and make an appointment for you. Basically I paid $104.10 for a phone call.

I made an appointment for a LASIK consultation and instead they gave me an eye exam for $104.10 and referred me to another office for LASIK, TLC Laser Eye Centers. I did not need the eye exam since I already had one two months before. They said, "oops, our mistake" but still charged me the $104.10. They advertise that they provide LASIK when, in fact, they do not perform LASIK operations. One of their doctors performs the procedure but it is at another office, another company: TLC.

Dr. Doyle is never in a hurry and always makes me feel like I have her full attention. She answers every question, and I value her expertise and breadth of skills. This year I had an eye emergency and was able to get an appointment the same day. The office always runs on time, and the front office staff is polite and friendly.
