I was so pleased that the Tomball location closest to my work was able to see me on short notice. I had a concern from a PRK procedure 2 months prior at another location. I appreciate the ability to have records available and the consistent treatment from providers at different offices.

The staff was extremely patient, they were welcoming and polite. My questions were answered thoroughly. The store was clean, displays organized, and COVID safety was implemented.

I was hesitant to have my yearly eye exam @ this time...but Im glad i did and was taken cared by Dr Tatiana Noroozian whos new to the Tomball location. Its definitely worth it, shes not a typical eye doctor. She explains thoroughly, detail oriented does not make shortcuts. Even my eyes are healthy (for now) i was informed important eye conditions based on my family history age. Im really impressed with my care. Im glad to be taken cared by her. I have never been this excited to get my glasses wear it because i know it will definitely help me. Thank you Dr. Tatiana the rest of the staff in Tomball location (main street)

From the time that we stepped in the door, my daughter and I were treated warmly and kindly. Every step of the process was explained to us in detail and the eye exams that my daughter and I went through were the most comprehensive and thorough that weve ever had. All test results were explained to us, and everyone treated us as if we were the only customer in the office. It was such an excellent experience.
