Dr Louis Binder examind my eyes and he does a very thoriugh examination . He really cares about his patients. I need a Yag laser surgery to remove secondary cataracs in both eyes Dr Binder discovered these and I will go to Mann Eye Institute Surgery Center in Humble.. I am so glad that Dr Binder discovered this and assured me that this will be an easy and short procedure with no pain. I will have great vision and this will not come back in my eyes He will give me a prescription for new gkasses after this is done.l highly recommend Dr Louis. Binder to anyone who needs to have a really good Optometrist. He is the best!

I chose to have Mann Eye take care of my LASIK procedure this Fall. The whole process from my initial consultation to the surgery to the follow up appointments has been seamless. Dr. Binder at the Tomball office took care of my consultations and post-ops and Dr. Milton performed the procedure. I now have better than 20/20 vision and am so happy and thankful that I decided to go with Mann. Highly recommend!
