From the moment I met Nick; he made me feel as if I were the only patient. I was invited to a Live Lasik event and got to know the staff, meet Dr. Melton and actually watch the procedure before I had it done!. I have a very strict work schedule and the staff at Mann Eye worked with me and were able to get my exams done in alternate locations so that I could minimize my time off requests. Just had it done on 5/23 and I cannot believe how clear my vision is! I have received a follow up text from 2 of the staff members just checking to see how I feel! The procedure was painless, easy Dr. Melton sang to me and she had a great voice! I could not be more pleased!

Seriously one of the nicest doctors offices to ever visit. Took a scary procedure and made it pleasant! Great staff that always makes you feel welcome and cared for!

I love that place.they are very good at what they do.all of them .i will be having eye surgery in about 6 more months.i would Mr go anywhere else.if you want a good eye exam....go there.the price is good.can always find parking.the doctors are really good and very knowable about everything. Thank you.

My initial visit was a 5 star. There was an incident with one of their front desk staff and she was pretty rude! Hard to forget. I'm<br>sure it was corrected, because another person called me to assist. <br><br>I had my first eye exam here early this year, and I was hesitate with the prescription. I was told to bring in my previous rx to compare it. Took them forever to get that situated. Trying to call my last eye center was a complete mess. I think this institute is better off doing complicated procedures and eye surgeries than the annual eye exam. Which is great for the ones who need that kind of service. For the most part--- they are friendly. Just that one gal turned my service elsewhere. <br><br>Anyways, to make a long story short. I won't be coming back for annual exams. It's a very nice office...it's Market Street! Can't expect anything less.
