Office staff was very considerate and organized. Got in at my scheduled time with no delays. Exam was very thorough and Dr. Rizk was outstanding. The only criticism I have is that my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Melton, the ophthalmologist, and she did not see me for my exam. I expected to see her and this was a little disappointing. She was doing a lasik surgery when I was there so the optometrist Dr. Rizk saw me. If appointments are made to see a certain doctor then that should be upheld unless there are extenuating circumstances which there were not as Dr. Melton was performing an elective procedure. I will definitely return for future exams because everything else was superb. I was really impressed with Dr. Rizk.

From Olga and her front desk sidekick to everyone in between I was handled professionally but with some flair. Personalities shine here while they do an exceptional job moving you through the checkin, to room, Dr, to check out process. Knowledgeable staff has the answers or can find out who does. I felt like I was in great hands and am looking forward to my next new patient eye exam here with all my new friends.

Very professional and efficient. Little or no waiting and the staff really cares about my comfort and health.Leanne Gilder, O.D Has been my doctor at the Woodlands clinic for many years both before and after my cataract surgery. I dealt with a difficult issue for over 2 years and her patience, professional skills and teaching me how to deal with the issues lead me now perfect vision. She taught me to be patient and it paid off. Thank you Leanne!
