This review is to complement and applaud the help I received from Megan Salas in the Call Center. I needed a copy of my eye glass prescription and Megan helped me log into the nextmd website. My information had been mixed up with my husbands info at the Georgetown office which produced a lot of confusion but Megan was patient and persistent and got me in and then sent my prescription to download and print. Megan Salas is a valuable asset to Mann Eye for her level of customer service and client retention.
