I am like my local people. Old & retired. The location is good.The staff is professional and caring. Better than some visits Ihad in the past with eye doctors when I worked in Dallas.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Sun City location. It started with being greeted by Heather L. (very personable, great smile, immediately we knew we were in the right place. She had me at Hello.) We then got to meet Chris G. (On target, caring and a thorough Work-Up Tech). We did not wait long, soon after that Rebecca (Scribe-friendly and enjoyed small talk while we waited just a minute or so for Dr. Patel). Dr. Patel was kind, gentle, soft-spoken. Explained things in layman terms. He sent me home with a trial pair of contacts. He said we will tweak until they are perfect. What a great eye doctor. Lastly we met Orran D (very helpful in finding the right pair of frames that fit my face. There were other people there waiting, but he did not let that deter him. He was passionate about his job as an Optician. The one thing that needs to be fixed is the Call Center for Mann Eye Institute. It needs a lot of work. Calls being disconnected, very difficult to reach the Sun City location via a phone call. Frustrating. Otherwise, the STAFF at Sun City location at Mann Eye is what will continue to bring my husband and I back. Customer Service is STELLER!!!!

Today was my first time at Mann Eye Institute, Heather, Chris G, Dr Patel, Orran, I meet them today. They are professional, kind, patient, clear on explained, treat people with respect, giving to each one their own time. I came out happy
