I went to Mann Eye Institute to get LASIK. The staff and doctors were amazing at answering all my questions and helping me through it! Dr. Jennifer Melton did my LASIK and she made me laugh and totally calmed me down! I was seriously amazed how fast the procedure was! I'm so pleased with my results and would do it again in a heartbeat!

The Spring office was great in customer service and professionalism. The take very good care of their customers and they take their time with you. The wait for everything that needed to be done was minimal. Really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere.

I just have to say that I had so much trouble getting my contacts from the Humble location. I couldnt get that location to even call me back. I contacted Cindy at the spring location and she contacted the humble location and got results, although she had to contact them more than once. She didnt even have to do it because she works at the spring location. She went over and beyond her duties!!! She cares about the patients. We need more people like her. Thank you Cindy!
