I was told my insurance covered frames up to $150. Then I was immediately taken to frames that started at $159. When I did not like any of them the salesperson came back with a $139 pair. I don't think you should automatically assume someone can just spend what you want them to. Show people what their insurance covers and start there. As a consumer that doesn't make me feel like a valued customer. It seems like you only value the sales.

First time for my family and I at this location and we enjoyed it. The whole staff was welcoming, extremely courteous and patient with us as we dealt with our 3 month old baby. This will be our new eye doctor. Thank you all!!
