Overall I thought the clinic was very very nice. I loved the doctor, he was very kind and considerate and took the time needed to thoroughly check my eyes and make sure I was satisfied. So the doctor gets a 5+ Stars. However upon arrival the receptionist who was very nice and kind had me under the wrong ins plan. It took quite a while and the assistance of another clerk to finally use my plan card and get me to the correct plan. The tech who waited on me was very professional and knew what she was doing. Although she was very accurate and professional she had no bedside manner. She very direct in her questioning and had no time to make friendly conversation. But I was pleased that she knew her job and did it well. I will return to this location in the future.

This is my 4th year going to Mann in Spring. This visit was an extremely pleasant experience. The entire staff from the front desk, to Brittany, Amber and Dr. B. were very friendly and helpful. This is a very knowledgeable team. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and friendly. They walked me through exactly what I will expect when I have my lasik done tomorrow in the Woodlands and was able to explain my issues and forecasts for future needs well.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff and the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I will be taking all of the family members to this location from now on.
