Had a Great visit for the first time here. I think Dette Hamilton is an asset to this location and company she was awesome. The doctor was very personable but fast. The only con I would say is the way you have to check in over your phone and scanning an app, and do a photo shot of your insurance cards while you sit, I think is so inconvenient for patients. Were doing the job of the front desk associates. Other than that Ill be back because the customer service was great.

Great patient service. Fast, efficient and I loved my Doctor! He talked to me! I can see things in the distance now, and I feel good knowing my eyes are healthy and doing ok. My glasses were ready faster than anticipated and I appreciated being notified so I could pick them up asap. Thanks again!

I visited the Mann Eye Institute Spring location for the first time and immediately felt like family. The assistant who I first met was very likeable and easy to get along with and as soon as Dr. Baumohl walked into the room, it was like we had known each other for years.This entire office staff made me feel very at home and comfortable. It also doesnt hurt that Dr. Baumohl plays really great music throughout the office so any amount of time spent waiting was enjoyable.10/10 recommend this location.

These guys were great at getting me in for a last minute appointment while I was in Spring over the holidays. Their customer focus and service is always great.
