The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. The doctor/staff answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable during my visit. I waited for a bit, then was attended to before Dr. Baumohl saw me. Our insurance has great coverage so if that concerns you, you will probably need to research before you set your heart set on a pair of frames. I recommend this place for anyone who seeks great service and feeling valued, along with a variety of frames.

Haven't had my surgery yet, but the initial consultation was amazing. Very personable and professional staff.

Overall I thought the clinic was very very nice. I loved the doctor, he was very kind and considerate and took the time needed to thoroughly check my eyes and make sure I was satisfied. So the doctor gets a 5+ Stars. However upon arrival the receptionist who was very nice and kind had me under the wrong ins plan. It took quite a while and the assistance of another clerk to finally use my plan card and get me to the correct plan. The tech who waited on me was very professional and knew what she was doing. Although she was very accurate and professional she had no bedside manner. She very direct in her questioning and had no time to make friendly conversation. But I was pleased that she knew her job and did it well. I will return to this location in the future.
