Me, my wife, and my son have all had GREAT experiences with the Mann Eye Institute in Spring. In fact, I was able to come in without an appointment and get my son's glasses repaired. And the Carrie let me know that the lens are still covered under warranty and ordered a new set. That was fantastic customer service.Shout out to everyone at the office; Courtney, Carrie, Jerry, and their fearless manager, D'ette. And of course, the doctors...Paul

From first greeting when I brought my daughters glasses in because they lost a screw, telling the front desk team I needed an exam (first available I am from North Dakota) then schedule an appointment at 2pm that day. Then the most comprehensive and educational exam I have ever had. Mann will definitely be my go to next spring when I return for graduations. Thank you and your friendly staff for excellent customer service.

Number one place to go for your ocular needs. Compassionate staff who pay attention to your needs and listen to you and not at you. The office has a pleasant and welcoming feel to it as soon as you enter. Mrs. D'ette Hamilton is the heart and soul of the office outside of the more than cable hands of Dr. Baumohl who gives you the truth over pushing products and services. I highly recommend this Grade A office for your needs.

I had a positive experience at the Spring location. Dr. Baumohl listened patiently and attentively to my concerns, as I had multiple issues. He explained options for treatment carefully and was able to provide solutions that best fit with my lifestyle.
