I just had my consultation on Monday and it was such an informational and great experience that I booked my appointment for LASIK already! Chelsea was so open and insightful about the procedure and made me feel much more calm about making such a big decision! Definitely recommend trying to book a consultation!

The team was very professional and optimistic at every turn. I felt I was in capable hands every step of the way. The staff were cheerful and kept me thoroughly informed of what to expect. Even during the procedure itself they weee describing what I was about feel and smell, how long it would last, and repeatedly kept telling me how great I was doing and how perfectly it was going. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had Lasik done here 10 years ago and it was the best. However, my eyes have shifted and I called to get an appointment to try out contacts. I was told I needed an entirely new, full appointment even though it had only been 7 months. I had them schedule me with a doctor, went to my appointment, and while I was paying, realized I did not have a prescription for contacts, only bi-focals. I was told that the doctor could not prescribe contacts and I would need to schedule another appointment with their optometrist. $180 and two hours later, I still had no contact prescription, when that is all I wanted. I have been waiting to hear back from the office about the email I sent them about this, but it seems I will keep waiting.
