Waited a few months to write this, but an absolutely amazing experience with my LASIK. If you are considering it, stop waiting and act! Its improved my quality of life in so many ways and the team there was excellent. The experience was very comfortable, I had great confidence in them, and highly recommend both LASIK generally and the Mann team specifically.A specific point to highlight is that I bumped my head skiing a month before I was supposed to get the procedure. The fall gave me mild vertigo for a couple of weeks. I didn't even think about it impacting the procedure but on the scheduled date the Mann team were retesting me and it was clear something was concerning them. Before I connected the dots with the ski accident they had already called off the procedure because they wanted me to have the best results. We waited a month, all the tests came back the way they wanted, we did the procedure, and my vision is fantastic. I have no issues with dry eyes, nearsightedness, or any other discomfort.

The entire process to get Lasik was very streamlined and easy. Assessment, counseling time to answer all my concerns and explain everything, reassessment, phone call to answer more questions, pre-op, and surgery day- all the employees and Drs were welcoming and patient. It seems like everyone here has had Lasik and sings the praises not only of the procedure but the staff and Drs as well. Dr Tremblay was fun and reassuring. Bonus: they don't use little metal "spiders" to hold your eye open like you imagined in your nightmares; it's more like a shot glass without a bottom. I appreciated that Dr Tremblay counted down in the procedure, because right as I stated wondering if I could stay still and endure, he said "5 more seconds" and I knew I could press through. Highly recommend, especially to anyone who's fearful of the process.
