Staff was accommodating in getting me in for an appointment when I had a concerning issue with my eye. After a particularly bad morning with car issues made me late, I was still able to get in. All stall was helpful and pleasant. Dr Tremblay was very friendly and put me at ease, relieving my concerns about my vision.

Yesterday was my first experience with Mann Eye Clinic in South Austin as I recently moved to the area. They were thorough, professional and efficient. My only criticism is their prices on their frames (like most Optometrists) are astronomically more expensive than what is available online. I wanted to purchase the same frame from Amazon for $250 while their discounted price w/insurance was $450 ($650 w/out insurance) and have them insert my new prescription lenses. They can do it but their policy is to charge me full price for the lenses rather than using my insurance. I dont care for that.
