I had Lasik at the Mann Eye Institute about two years ago. I was about a month outside of the warranty when I called and they told me there was nothing they could do when my vision started becoming blurry. It ends up that I just got the wrong person on the phone and after reviewing them, they called immediately to make it right. It was over two years and I had regression in one eye and they performed a second procedure that has cleared my vision up immensely. The care they took with addressing my issue is the reason I give them five stars. They also didnt charge me anything which was very kind as Im a teacher and the surgery was expensive to begin with for me. I really recommend them and I am so happy with my procedure.
