I visited Mann Eye Institute for a glaucoma screening, and although I arrived feeling somewhat anxious, my entire experience was outstanding. From the front desk staff to the technicians and Dr. Tran Nguyen, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.I especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained. The staff took the time to answer my questions and used simple, easy-to-understand language that helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Their reassurance eased my fears about the possibility of an eye condition and made the entire experience much less stressful.What stood out most was not only their professionalism and expertise, but also their warmth and compassion. I felt truly cared for as a patient.I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute and Dr. Tran Nguyen to anyone seeking exceptional eye care. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Everyone was very caring and professional. The only thing is that I called before the appointment to find out if I would need a driver because my eyes would be dilated, and I was told no. It was VERY scary driving home, and I did not feel safe while driving.
