    My husband just had Lasik surgery done yesterday and after the follow up appointment today, he now has 20/10 vision! I'd say that is incredible. My husband went outside last night and cried because he could see everything clearly. He spent 20+ years behind glasses and contacts, and Mann Eye has made his dream a reality. <br><br>The doctors are professional and the staff is friendly. All in all, it was a great job with an even greater outcome. The ONLY reason I am not giving this 5 stars is due to the staff failing to notify us when his surgery began so we could go back and experience this special time with him. Jara, one of the assistants, stated she would come get us before the surgery and it never happened. We had the camera ready and front desk knew this as well. I felt like that robbed his family and myself of this life-changing moment, especially his parents who have been waiting years to be able to afford this for him. <br><br>She did apologize today at the follow up appointment but it doesn't take back missing out on that experience with him. All in all, I would highly recommend Mann Eye Institite for your corrective eye issues.

    I had LASIK surgery a week ago, I now have 20/15 vision! The staff here is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Mann Eye Institute for LASIK, I have zero complaints!

    I waited 6 months after LASIK to write this review so i could have enough information to write this to people who seriously are inquiring about this process. I did a lot of research too and, as you can see by the star rating, am very happy with my choice. I came in with very little questions since I already did research on the process, but during my pre-exam two nurses and the doctors made absolutely sure that I had no questions. Everyone was very friendly in a genuine way that showed they cared. I actually looked forward to my next visits. The process could be a bit scary for those who aren't adventurous. The staff does EVERYTHING they can to make this 20 minute eye correction process as comfortable as possible. They explained everything they were doing, were comforting, and asked about me the whole time. 2 hours after the process I could see better than I've been able to my entire life. I did have very dry eyes the 1st couple months and even to this day six months later still have eye dryness. They recommended eye drops for me and have been using them less and less. One day my eyes got very dry and my right eye vision blurred. I got scared thinking the surgery went weird or something and emailed the institute. I emailed the doctor and got a response within 5 minutes telling me not to worry and that allergens were very high. I was better the next day. They checked up on me via email to make sure and even asked twice if I'd like to come in after reassuring me that everything was fine. I declined. I have been to every follow up visit and every appointment check up after LASIK and all visits were free. It is hard for me to believe that businesses like this still exist. TL:DR - If you are questioning LASIK you can show up and ask all the questions you want to find out if it's right for you. If you have decided on LASIK then I would definitely use this establishment. I was at the one in Katy. Dr. Wright is my Doctor and Ashley Hassen is my counselor who helped me through the process and continues to help me via emails. Highly recommended. Have a great day and have fun with your new eyes :D
