Mann Eye Institute was very professional and after my LASIK surgery yesterday, I can see 20/15. I had originally gone to another well known and highly recommended office (Dell) but the staff there was a little snarky and didn't even begin to compare to Mann Eye. When you walk in the door, the staff gives you their immediate attention with a genuine smile. Some other reviews mentioned they felt Mann was a money making machine but I truly felt they cared for each individual that walked in that door. <br>The surgery was quick and painless. Dr. Mann and another doctor even walked me through what was happening in the surgery (I asked), although my memory is a little fuzzy from the Valium. They give you a pink stuffed elephant and warm blanket to hold which was a really nice comfort. <br>Everything was thorough and my post-op instructions were very organized and easy to follow. Dr. Mann even called me the night after surgery to check in. <br>The price was comparable to most other places and I'd rather pay more for a better experience and an exemplary surgeon than go elsewhere to save a couple hundred dollars. <br>Dr. Mann's flight was delayed the morning of surgery but they kept us in the loop and apologized for the delay. Because of their customer service in that scenario, they definitely still get 5 stars. They also make sure you are aware of the possible side effects and that there is never a guarantee for perfection, as with any surgical procedure. I appreciated the honesty and realistic view. <br>My 1 day post op was fantastic, quick, and they even gave me muffins and orange juice which was a cute touch. <br>As a nurse, I was incredibly wary and picky about the whole process but they were very professional, clean, and thorough. <br>I'd definitely recommend them!

This place is always amazing. Everyone is professional but at the same time very courteous, nice, and helpful. I always get a reminder call, text, and email so it's next to impossible to forget an appointment. Every appointment I've had has been handled very efficiently. I don't get a hard sales pitch for services but they do tell me what's available as well as the possibility of insurance or FSA coverage. Doesn't get any better.

I had a torn-detached retina about a decade ago, so I'm always just a bit concerned about the health of that eye, and their exam and information are always thorough, and reassuring. I appreciate the care they provide.

My Lasik was quick and effortless. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone in glasses!
