We have been Mann Eye Institute patients since we arrived in Austin five years ago. From our first visit, we were welcomed by Kristin, the Physician Relations person who greets and checks patients in. She is always courteous, professional, and always in a good mood. We appreciate her positive attitude.

I needed to be seen ASAP for an eye emergency. Mann Eye Institute was the closest optometrist to me with good reviews. I walked in, no appointment, and they were able to accommodate me right away. Kristin Rickman was at the front desk and was SO helpful and kind! I will 100% use them in the future. If you need a great eye doctor for anything, I highly recommend this location!

Beautiful location and building. Got us in on time, no wait time for our yearly eye exam. Very professional, thorough, efficient, and pleasant. Very happy with Dr. Tremblay and the whole staff.
