Update:Management from Houston called. She was very apologetic and sincere. She took the time to hear what had happened, and she made things right. I am very satisfied with this type of customer service, and I will be returning to complete my Lasik procedure.Came in for my pre-op at 10:15 am. Arrived 15 minutes early, 10:00 am. Waited 55 minutes. My wife and I were the first to arrive in the office, yet everyone who showed up after was attended to. Very displeased and disappointed.

If you consider getting Lasik done, Man Eye Institute is where you should go! Everything went so smoothly from the very beginning. I went into my surgery, and the ladies at the front desk, Ski and Andrea, were helpful and kind. My work-up tech was Val, who made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. My scrub & Laser techs were Andye and Andi, and I chose Dr. Brundrett, and she was just beyond amazing! I left the surgery center seeing immediately and with no complications! Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

Went in to inquire about LASIK and the experience was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and made you feel at home . Was referred to the south Austin location by Dr. Patel at Mann Eye Institute in Georgetown. Once there, was welcomed by Skie, Andrea, and Clayton which was the front desk. The work up tech made sure to check my eyes to see what prescription best fits me. I had to come back on a Friday and before the procedure was greeted by the scrub and laser tech Andye and Alyssa. After that the procedure took about 8-10 minutes total by Dr. Tremblay. I did not feel a thing. Dr. Tremblay and staff made the process easy by talking me through the whole process and they answered any questions I had. I was able to see when the lasik procedure was done. A little blurry but that was expected as they explained. They have you sleep afterwards to give eyes a rest and to start the healing process. I know everyones experience is different but I was pleased with the procedure. Next day they check my eyes I was able to see. I know that it is going to take some time to heal which is why they give you directions that will get you healing the right way. Thank you Mann Eye Institute.
